I was kind of shocked in the best way. I got tracking updates right away and actually knew where my order was the whole time. Like, why is that so rare these days? No refreshing the page 20 times, no vague “in transit” mystery for a week, no guessing if it was even coming. It showed up when it said it would, and everything was just smooth. Really appreciated that.

I found most of what I was looking for, so that was nice. A few sizes were missing though, which was a bit disappointing, because isn’t it always the size you need that’s out? Overall, still a decent experience
